Food.
More food.
Extra food.
Deserts.
Couch.
Tv.
Inactivity.
A truly deadly combination leading to all kinds of health problems. Don’t believe me? Just google “obesity related health problems”. Stroke and diabetes are just few of those problems.
Perhaps switching few things around may help.
Healthy food.
Walking and movement.
Can’t walk? Too cold? Stay inside – do squats, lunges, burpees, jumping jacks. Jump rope in front of TV.
And most of all think happy thoughts and be grateful for what you got.

What Is Kettlebell Sport

Russian Kettlebell Training is gaining traction all over the world. It’s effective and can be done by pretty much anyone.
Very few know, however, about kettlebell sport.
In sport of kettlebell there are two main events:
- Biathlon
- Long Cycle Jerk
Biathlon consists of two events:
- Kettlebell Short Cycle Jerk (lifting bells from chest to overhead)
- Kettlebell Snatch LIft (bringing kettlebell to overhead without touching your body)
Long Cycle Jerk
Long Cycle Jerk Lift is when a lifter bring kettlebells to rack position (chest level) from down below and then to overhead position, then back down to chest and down below. Then, without putting kettlebells down, repeats the movement.
Whoever does the most reps in 10 minutes, wins.
