I had a client who had a similar experience. After a few kettlebell workouts, she told me that she felt more in tune with her body and found herself drawn to healthier foods, without even thinking about it or trying. She lost two pounds after two workouts without any effort (besides the workouts themselves), and she was pretty slim to begin with.</description>
