From my limited experience, I think this is kind of misleading. It took me a couple of weeks to work up to Turkish get ups with my 10 kg bells, but I've been doing swings and rows with the 20 kg bells right along. There are a lot of different exercises, and my trainer usually gives me three different weights (often in pairs) in a session.

Hey great website. Kettlebells seem like the latest popular fad, but they really can be put to good use. Thanks for the info. Sometime in the future I am going to get myself a couple kettlebells as well. For now though I have to stick with Powerblocks due to money constraints. All in good time.

I never heard of these kettlebells but I like them. The video is very informative too.

I am going to have to recommend this to my readers and patients.
