		<description>My best tip?  Pushing your hand around the bell, rather than letting the bell travel around the hand as you get it to shoulder level.

In addition, before pushing the bell around the hand, on the upswing, &quot;start the lawnmower&quot;.  Instead of just swinging the bell up, pull it back slightly in a motion similar to pulling the rope on a pull-start lawnmower.  

When the bell starts to come back towards you (at about the max height of a regular swing, push your hand through the bell, and watch/feel as it effortlessly rotates into proper positioning as you straighten your arm overhead.</description>
