		<description>It&#039;s true... everyone is so busy it is hard to make time to exercise. But I have found that if your desire is strong enough (get in shape, lose weight etc.), you will make time. I schedule exercise into my day and I MAKE myself do it. That&#039;s the only way I&#039;m going to get it done. The good news is that it&#039;s paying off... Big Time. Over the last 3 weeks, I have lost a dress size! I now have more self-confidence and much more energy.</description>

If I am outside playing with the kids, I&#039;ll jump rope or do some walking lunges and squats while they are playing.    Push ups can be done anywhere and now that I have learned how to use my kettlebell, there really is no excuse!</description>
