Workout of the Week: 20×20 Endurance and Stamina(Burn Fat Too)

This workout is designed to increase your endurance and stamina. No worries, there will be plenty of fat burning as well.
Ready for the challenge?
Note: This is a higher volume workout, you may want to tape up your hands(read Hand Care and Kettlebells(How to tape your hands) Part 2)
- Workout is based on Tzar of exercises – kettlebell snatch
- Pick a lighter kettlebell. Guys – go for 16kg or 20kg. Women – 8kg or 12kg if you use 16kg or 20kg
- 20×20 is 20 sets of 20 reps(each side)
Warm up
Spend 10-15minutes warming up
- Jog
- Swings/snatches with lighter kettlebells
Main Workout
- Do 20 snatches with the weak side first
- Do 20 snatches with stronger side
- Rest between 30 and 60 seconds
- Go back to number 1
Keep going until complete all 20 sets.
This is not an everyday workout. Do it once in a while to shake you body up and benchmark progress.
Two or three high volume workouts a month should do the trick.

Wow, just reading this makes me think I am going to die. So, maybe I will try it just to prove myself wrong.
