Enjoyed reading and discovering all the ways to overcome excuses like no time to workout, can&#039;t afford to workout, and very good advice on overtraining, and choosing routine over results. I like that last one on not getting enough sleep - learn new things on link between hormone activity due to lack of sleep and weight gain. Have bookmarked this post.</description>
