		<description>Interesting points and there is truth in your statements. My concerns are that we would see more genetically modified foods. My other concerns are that the way the system is set up, especially in many parts of the US the transportation system is not equipped and I am not certain walking and biking will fit the bill. If we can support this with the addition of a strong public transportation system, work from home model, and producing foods in the most all natural way as well as buying locally then this indeed may have a large impact. Yes, gas will indeed change behaviors but it is simply a small solution to what I believe are bigger challenges.
