Kettlebell training started out as a Harley Davidson of Fitness. Tough guys only.

It was marketed as such by Dragon Door and Pavel(Tovarish who introduce kettlebell training to the U.S.).

Despite the tough reputation, simplicity and effectiveness of kettlebell training ignited curiosity and pulled many to try it.

Result?

Everyone does kettlebells now.

Grandma, Grandpa, pregnant women, not pregnant women, professional athletes, couch potatos, personal trainers, boxers, celebrities, weekend warriors, seniors.. want more? sure!
college students, folks looking for weight loss, guys and gals wanting more strength, tone and endurance. Sprinters, marathoners, triathletes, housewives, soldiers, high school kids, fireman and police… everyone gets what they want and benefits from KB training

Why?

Kettlebells are amazing – they work whole body as a unit. Reveal weak spots and fix it.

Simple.

Give kettlebell training a try and you will know what I’m talking about.
