It is time for our first contest!

Here is your chance to win $50 in PayPal cash and 1,000 EntreCard credits.

Rules are simple:

  • Subscribe to our blog via RSS feed or email
  • Email me(denis[at]workoutiq.com), so that I have your email(email will be used to notify you when you if you win)
  • Winner will be picked at random on September 30th

    I guess I may be too late to win anything but just the same I subscribed to your your news letter, including your blog through RSS. I may even email you so just in case (maybe, a miracle happens and I get to win) hah!hah!

    Truth is I have too many aches in my body. Sometimes on my shoulders, sometimes on my upper back, often times, my lower back.

    I notice that everytime I push things especially when I clean the house; that these pains starts manifesting. Maybe because I am getting old.

    I read somewhere that strength exercises could help my aging bones and muscles. That is how you help people?
