		<description>OK, I re-read this post and saw that we have to do 5000 in 5 weeks, that&#039;s 1000 a week for you finger and toe counters.

I got 800 last week (200 a day over 4 days) but that&#039;s not going to cut the mustard.  I&#039;m going to have to up my numbers a little.

		<description>I&#039;m in (just a bit behind the curve though).  I did 200 Saturday.  I use my 16 kg and went for 10 minutes, alternating 10R and 1o L until I hit 200.
