		<description>@ Jacqueline I would highly recommend finding a trainer in your area to get a jump start. Learning bells by  yourself will work, but it is not the best way to go.

		<description>I could not agree more.  I have been training for six weeks and see a TREMENDOUS improvement in my stamina and strength.  Tonight, I ran around the park twice - back to back.  I have not done that since high school.  It has been 18 months since my stem cell transplant and my goal is to hike Half Dome next Spring/Summer.   I have really progressed rapidly in the last 6 weeks and truly believe that Kettlebell training will help me reach my goal in no time.</description>
