The two challenges I am facing are increasing volume in the jerk and snatch lifts. Also, I need help in bettering my rack positioning. Any suggestions would be awesome!

Cheers,

Denis,

I'm curious about postural issues and sitting at the computer all day. I feel like much of my kettlebell work is spent compensating for tight hamstrings and hip flexors from too much sitting, or maybe improper sitting. Can you talk about remediating these issues and proper computer posture?

Thanks!

Denis,

What do you do for those with postural issues such that overhead work of any kind would be ill advised? I am starting up small group classes and a few of my clients cannot come anywhere close to raising their arms vertical. So...no tgu's, no presses, no snatches, no overhead walks. How can I get them to do these exercises safely?

Thanks!

Hi Coach, what a great idea!

I have a question that was always bugging me.

When I do kettlebell jerk, lockout really bothers me. My lower back feels it and my shoulders get tired quickly.

What can I do?

Thank you,
