I woke up with searing pain in the left shoulder blade. Since I'm alone I used a doorway. (You could also clasp your fingers behind your back and pull up and backwards, I suppose.) I did *both* sides for about 7 or 8 minutes total, to make sure it evened things out. This seemed critical too: to get at the pain on TOP of the shoulder, rather than the blade part, I scrunched my shoulders upward and did the stretch in that position. Worked like a charm. Thank you SO MUCH, I was not looking forward to a day or more of trying to work while in pain. Thank you for this!!! I woke up with searing pain in the left shoulder blade.
