How often do we train? Kettlebell classes are offered every day. If you purchased a 1 month pass, you can come to all classes that are offered during that month.
The more you come, the better is you rate. For example, if you come 3xweek (12 classes for the month) you rate is $16.75 per class, but if you come 4xweek (16 classes) your rate will drop to $12.60.

How long are training sessions? Kettlebell classes are generally 60 minutes long.
Who can attend kettlebell bootcamp? Both beginners and intermediate level lifters will greatly benefit from attending. Learn or improve kettlebell lifting techniques, transform body and enjoy the vitality and strength.
